Trying to open attachments: nothing happens

Hello,

I've got a colleague who can't open attachments in JIRA. He clicks the file, but nothing happens. It happens with an excel-file.

• Windows 7
• Office 2010
• Internet Explorer 10 or 11
• User is administrator

I really have no clue where to look for...

Vera, we will need some more information to be able to troubleshoot this further, like if it's happening across multiple browsers (and not just IE), if it's happening to more than one user, JIRA logs, etc. That said I'd recommend you to raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com so we can help you get this sorted out.
