Trying to plan (schedule) an issue, but cannot. Permission on the project?

I am trying to plan an issue from a specific project, however, nothing happens when I click "Add Plan."  I can plan from any other project, just not this specific one. Could there be a permission set up that does to allow planning of issues in the project?

There is the Schedule Issues permission in project-based permissions.  You can see if you have that permission.

Good call! I did not think about that since all other projects I had the permission. Thanks for your help.
