Trying to write test scenario using Cucumber but get an error

Hi,

I am choosing Cucumber method for writing my test case but when getting to the page for writing in this method I get an error when attempting to use Given When Then. See images. 

What is missing for this to work? Is it related to a template or perhaps a plugin is necessary?

You should check, based on these instructions https://docs.getxray.app/display/ProductKB/%5BXray+Server%5D+Cucumber+Test+language+settings, the language you have set on your instance. From what I see on your screenshots, the keywords are not recognized by Xray. That's why most likely the test steps aren't working.
