Turn of warrning in JIRA Service desk

Could you show me how to turn off this warning (as attachment).

I want to know this Advertisement/ Warning is displayed in all users or some users.

Because, Every time user go to this screen (as attachment), the process will show that message, then the back will show again. 
In short, User find it is very inconvenient.

Could you have any solution for this.

i haven't seen it lately in my instance so I expect it has taken care of itself.

It isn’t a warning. It is more of an advertisement. It has been reported as annoying and I expect it will disappear soon enough. There isn’t a way to disable to my knowledge.
