Two Active Sprints in a Project - How to close one of them

Our normal process is to only have 1 active sprint for a project. We somehow now have 2 (Sprint 129 and Sprint 130). We are only working Sprint 130.

How do I close Sprint 129? I cannot find a place to request to close that sprint. I can delete it or edit it, but not close it.

You should be able to close it from your sprint scrum board. If you have multiple active sprints displaying in one board, there should be an option to allow you to select a single one of those sprints to display card info, and then the Complete Sprint button should be activated.
