Can we create and maintain two time Zone in a single ticket, reason-
1. To meet the Due Date/ ETA as mentioned in the tickets.
2. To optimized the overall tickets data-keeping both zones.

Unfortunatley I dont have an answer for your question. I just wanted to say "hey stop reading my mind!!" I had the exact thought last night while setting up my first instances. I noticed that the time zone came into effect and I travel for work across 3 time zones throughout the year. I am curious to know th answer and happy that someone else is on the same wavelength. So KUDOS !!!! Nice question!!!
