Hello all,
I have created two workflows for a Project in a workflow scheme with different start status for different Issue Types.
Unfortunately I am not able to create an Issue Type "Gremium" via my board.
How and where can I change this. Here is the workflow for the issue type "Gremium":
The workflow for the other Issue Types starts with "To Do".
Thanks for your answers!
Hi @Sebastian Seidel , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
If you use the blue 'Create' button in the system menu, you should manage. The issue is that you need to update the kanban board columns to add the new statuses present in your workflow.
In the board, if you go, to the right and click on the 3 dots here and then 'Board settings' -
You will likely find in the columns section that you have some unmapped statuses -
To resolve this, you just need to create some more columns and then move them physically to where they should be shown in the board, as in, their order in the workflow.
I hope this helps but if not, please write back and either myself or someone else will try to help you.
Cheers
Thank you very much for your quick response.
I use the "Business template" can I also edit the board settings there?

Hi @Sebastian Seidel , thanks for your reply.
It is a little different in Jira Work Management projects but you can chose to see the Workflow for the different issue types in this way -
And then once you have toggled to the workflow, you should be able to create issues from the board.
Hope this helps
Cheers
