UI look changed post SSL configuration using URL rewrite

Hi Team,

we have configured SSL using IIS and URL rewrite as reverse proxy . the JIRA is accessible on https now, but the UI has completedly chnaged. everything is underlined, and the pages are merged with one another , or on some page there is huge ap in between which is displaying half of the data on the page only. 

Could anyone please help me on this. this is quite urgent.
