URGENT: Original file

When downloading document from Jira ticket, the document name is changed to "Original" and no suffix name. No way to view the document. How to fix the issue? original file.jpg

You are not the first person to report this today, I think the latest Cloud update has broken something.

This needs to go to Atlassian as a new bug.
