URGENTLY!!!! - TRACEABILITY

Hello, everyone!

I need to make traceability from zephyr .I test cases as type: test.

But when I go to the ear of traceability , I can not select this type to take report . As I can see it? I need help, urgently!

Hi Jacqueline,

Tractability was carried out from other JIRA issue types of JIRA  to zephyr Test issue. So in the drop down you have to select any of the issue types for which you want traceability report, ensure they are already linked to a Test. 

In order to get useful traceability reports, ensure the following during test creation and execution:

• Your tests are linked to requirements (JIRA issue types other than Test)
• Defects that are filed are linked to the test executions in which they were found
