Hello All,
URL link needs to be able to handle a UNC file path. Ideally, we could have a UNC or HTTP URL be valid for this field as that could future-proof us.
Example - we have a field called "Recording Location" It should be able to take UNC file path("\fusion2.cxo.storage.hpecorp.net\3parTraining\Juventus\Inception Reviews\Juventus IR- Checkhealth, Alerts-PAR 243, 254,255, 693, 694, 799, 1008.mp4").
Any help??
Thanks,
Manikanta.
You can do it, but you need to set up your browser to understand the UNC links.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You'll need to look at the docs for whatever browser(s) you are using.

It worked after enabling the "Local file system links" extension in the Google browser.
Thanks,

URL field not accepting the network file paths it is only accepting the local system file paths.
I searched in google I couldn't find any answer for this, do you have any idea?
