USER NAME and password of JIRA Users

HI,

i have a question in JIRA CORE and JIRA Soft how to get the user name and password of the users who have application access.

am the JIRA Admin.

Go to the User Management .

There you can seen the list of users.

By clicking the name of any user you will get to see the user name and mails of the particular users in user management.

You can't get password of the user but you can change the user password before that you have need the admin access for that !!!

i need to get the application access users's existing password without asking them that is the main part.
