×Hello everyone,
I am starting some UX challenges and the first one is focused on user interviews. I would like to use Jira or Confluence (which I am not familiar with) as a planning tool, are there any templates available for user interview planning in Jira or Confluence?
Hi,
there is one template for Confluence but it is quite simple.
I would use both tools for user interviews. To push things further you can use Jira tickets for different stages like writing scenarios, recruiting users or conducting the interview. Each page could be then linked with a different Confluence page where you could collect your notes.
Regarding the topic, what is your approach to recruiting users to check Jira add-ons? What is your plan for that?
Thank you for your response. I have created an unfinished ticket in Jira that will include all steps: writing of qualitative questionnaires, recruiting in bars in Paris, analysis of qualitative responses, recommendations and creation of a deliverable in Figma or Notion.
