I've spotted ukrainian language option in account settings (Cloud version) recently. But seems like the only settings page is localized now.

Is there any roadmap for translating to ukrainian all the products?

Cloud products don't currently support the installation of language packs from Atlassian Translations, so we dont have roadmap for translating to ukrainian all the products - only for Jira, SD, Confluence server.
