Hello,
For some reason I can't manage to create a clone to tasks/stories in certain project. Whenever I try it is showing error message.
When I try other issues in the same which isn't connected to epic it successfully cloning. I have create issue permissions and didn't find something special at the workflow.
I guess i'm missing something but it seems to be configuration that were set somewhen and I don't understand how to manage it.
The sub-tasks of the issue were done but even when I've moved them back to In Progress yet that didn't help.
Any idea how to solve it?

Sorry for any inconvenience you experienced with our app.
From the error message it seems that there is a validator (e.g. the "parent status validator") configured in the workflow of your project.
You can read more about how to add, edit and remove validators in the Atlassian documentation under the heading "Validators".
You can try one of the following suggestions:
If the issue persists, please reach out to our support.
It is hard to say, but if the problem is related to Epic, it may be somehow connected to Epic Link field. Try to add Epic Link field to Create/Edit Screen
