I’d like to add myself as a new billing admin to our Jira account. However, I’m currently blocked because the existing billing admin is no longer with the company, and I don’t have the necessary permissions to make the change.
Could you please assist me in updating the billing admin?

The first place to go would be the org admin. If that is the one who is gone, there must be some backup admin, right?
Otherwise, this would probably be a question for the Atlassian support, not the community.
