Our Jira ticket is integrated with marker.io for reporting bug/feature tickets.
Attached are two images; the red one displays an issue where all member tickets reported by the team email, such as ensony@ peplink.com, are shown as diteam@ peplink.com.However, when I use a personal non-office email like yeungsinpok@ gmail.com, it displays correctly.
Why is this happening? I want the ticket to show the reported email instead of the team email. How can this be resolved? Thank you.

Could you share the integration configuration?
I believe the parameters can help us identify something.
Another thing that can be checked is whether the reports actually come from the user's personal account or through an email sending group.
