Unable to access jira

The user has Jira access provided, the user is connected to a VPN, but he is still not able to open Jira.

Hello, Good day. Looks like this is Jira server environment. Try doing nslookup for Jira URL from this machine and make sure DNS is resolving fine. If DNS is fine then this looks like network connectivity issue.
