Unable to add an Epic Link or Parent Link field to my Form

I have a form that was created to make it easy for our marketing team to get requests.

The form has a number of fields set up that user will enter the info into, but I would like to provide the Epic Link or Parent field so that they can link directly to an epic or other item in a different project.  This way it will automatically update when the marketing team performs any status updates or adds a timeline.

Has anyone figured out how to do this on the form?

I can see the Epic Link (but not the Parent) when you edit an issue but I cannot add it to the form that creates the issue.

What form functionality are you using?

Forms are available in Jira Work Management projects and in Jira Service Management projects, but you question is in the Jira Software board and forms are not available for Jira Software projects.

Are you creating a form for creating issues in a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
