Unable to add bitbucket to my Jira Cloud - We can't fulfil your request right now

When I try to add Bitbucket to my Jira Cloud from the "Code" tab (by clicking "Connect to Bitbucket"), it shows following error page. I tried adding bitbucket from admin panel but same result. I tried a few times in the last 3 days, and with different browser but still the same. what does this error means and how can I solve this issue?

unfortunately this is a bug. and there is an opened ticket about this issue.

You can examine the workaround in the ticket.
