Unable to add custom field to Validator - Field Required

I'm working on a Workflow validator for one of our projects, and I'm setting up a required window that pops up whenever the user wants to transition from TO DO ----> IN REVIEW

1. Created a separate screen and added 4 values
   1. Reman Battery Available
   2. Batch Assigned
   3. STO#
   4. Notes
2. Added the screen to the transition as shown below.

3. Upon creating the validator, I am able to add 3 fields but unable to STO#.

4. I double-checked all 4 custom fields and they all belong to the Edit Screen and the new screen I created for this transition.

Any ideas about what I'm missing?

Because it contains special character '#', the field in your search will not exclusively show it.

Jira will list all fields and you will need to manually search for the field by mouse:

If that doesn't work, let us know what the custom field type is so we can continue to analyze.

I was able to solve it by editing the custom filed name from "STO#" to "STO #" and it showed up.

Also, I was not able to look for it manually by scrolling down.
