I have about 15 next-gen Kanban projects set up in Jira.

I have also created a "Classic" project called "All Projects" where I have a filter that imports all of my next-gen project issues:

project in (EATUPAD, UPHK, UPSG, UPESP, UPNETH, ALL, EATUP, ENQ, INTRA, UPAUS, UPCHINA, UPDUBAI, ECOM, UPIND, UPUK, UPUSA) ORDER BY Rank ASC

This is all working fine. I then created a scrum board in my classic project and all the issues are showing in the backlog as expected. Now when I drag issues into Sprint 1 it only seems to stick for 2 of my next-gen projects. All other projects the ticket has been taken out of the sprint when I refresh the page.

Sometimes jira take in to actions a while ..it takes time to work

it happens for me too

when you add issues to the sprint and suddenly refresh it it may not load some added issues it might be back in the back log itself

wait for a while after adding the issues to the sprint and refresh or something .

Hope this helps.

Hi Kevin, I gave this a try and it doesn't seem to be the answer. As I mentioned, it works 100% of the time for 2 of my projects so I have seen it working. I have no idea what's different about these 2 projects compared to the others though.
