Unable to add repository to Project

I'm unable to add a repo to a project in Jira. Whenever I try to select a repository, I get this error message:

I have linked the GitHub organization to my Jira account and vice versa. I've checked that all access rights are set, which they are, but I'm still unable to list and add repos. 

Does anyone know what else I could try to get it to work?

Have configure sometime back without an issue by following this instruction.

Make sure the right access on Github and the network is open up accordingly based on the documentation.
