Unable to add user in Confluence & Jira

Hi Team,

I am trying to add users in confluence, but it's keep showing error message as 

"Something went wrong". We couldn't send your invitation. Try inviting that user again.

I have site admin access. Always I can add users in Confluence & Jira, but no idea why this time i can't. Can you please advise on this urgently?

Is this still a problem today?  There were a few different reported outages last week that you can find more details about in https://status.atlassian.com/

I suspect that you might have been affected by one of these when you created this report.  These outages have been resolved at this time, so this should be working now.

If you find you can still not invite users please let me know.  I think the next steps will be to create a technical support request to our Cloud support team that includes your Cloud site URL so that they can more closely investigate your Cloud environment.

I am currently encountering the same issue. I also have admin access on our site, and also checked that we did not max out our user limit. How can I create such a technical support request? I suppose it's not the give feedback button...
