Unable to change avatar for JIRA

Some of my project members are not able to change there profile avatar. Some of them wiht same restrictions are able to change. 

They can select the picture but is seems the program will nog response.

What's the problem?

Hi Dennis,

Can you please let us know where are they changing the avatar?
There are two links where they can change it: on https://id.atlassian.com or by clicking on their avatar on the bottom left > profile.
Have they tried to change on both links?
Also, can you please ask them to check the "Developer tools" at the moment they try to change the profile picture?

Problem solved, The persons involved used Explorer. When using Google Chrome it works perfectly.
