×I am unable to change my email address. I don't have access to my old one anymore, is there anything that is possible? I am not receiving confirmation email to my new email as well.

it depends if your account is Unmanaged or Managed one.
For Unmanaged account you can change it otherwise an Organization admin should perform that action.

BTW, I don't know if you should receive a confirmation email after your change. if the new email is correctly associated to your user, you should receive standard notification in jira.
