Unable to change email, no confirmation mail.

I am unable to change my email address. I don't have access to my old one anymore, is there anything that is possible? I am not receiving confirmation email to my new email as well.

Hi @Andrius Matijošaitis ,

it depends if your account is Unmanaged or Managed one.

For Unmanaged account you can change it otherwise an Organization admin should perform that action.

BTW, I don't know if you should receive a confirmation email after your change. if the new email is correctly associated to your user, you should receive standard notification in jira.
