I am the admin for my jira board. I also have manage sprints access rights. I even checked my jira board filter as per a jive article. My query is - "project IN (WMTCLOUDFLEET, UNIFIEDAPIECOSYSTEM, WMTAPIGEE, ACEB) AND status NOT IN (Cancelled, Closed) AND component = U-API ORDER BY Rank ASC". I have given the project properly in my query. Yet, i am unable to close my sprint. I am getting an error that i require "manage sprints" access to close the sprint. Could anyone please advise how to sort this issue?

Hi @Hima Pasupuleti

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

If your board filter includes multiple projects, you must have permission in all those projects. Can you please verify the Manage Sprints, Edit Issues and Schedule Issues permission in all projects included in your filter?

Thanks!
