Hello all,
I received an email that my organisation was deleted due to inactivity and that I should contact support if I would like to restore that. In the support-form however you are required to fill in an site URL, which is the thing I don't have anymore (because it got deleted!)
I am still using that "organisation" which is me, and now I can't find all the issues that were on my backlog anymore.
It concerns the organisation with ID: b90093c7-d092-488b-8597-e85cbfa888a0
.
Please help me get in touch with support somehow.
Petra
The organization that would have been deleted would not have been in use. This only concerns organizations that remained after a previous Atlassian Cloud site was already deleted. In looking at your account I can see you had a Jira Cloud site back in December of 2023 that has since been deleted. This organization likely belonged to that site. It would have no connection to issues not appearing within a Jira backlog.
That said, I created a request on your behalf to restore the organization anyway in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1147289
Hi Andy,
Thank you!
It's a bit confusing to me, since this "organisation" is just my personal name, and I think it somehow got created once with a migration or update when workspaces became a thing. I don't think I deliberately created it myself.
I did however have a Jira board with issues attached to it, that I can no longer access, with urls like this: https://petra-dreiskamper.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=2&projectKey=VOLK2
Thanks for the request to restore. I'll transfer the issues in that board if I can find them again and will afterwards remove the organisation.
Cheers!
Petra
