Unable to create Subtask

Hi,

Unfortunately I can't create a Subtask from Task. I try to click on Create Subtask and all I see is issue has been updated but it doesn't show up under the Task nor in the project. When I check the workflow, it says failed execution.

Hi @Kruthika R 

Some required fields may not be filled. The best way to check is by clicking on the "executions have failed" link to see the reasons for the failures -if there are. You can also check application log files, I believe there should be something there.
