Unable to create a Jira site

Hi,

no matter what site name I choose (that initially shows that is not taken), I always get this error message after clicking on "Continue".  I've also tried switching browsers (Chrome and Safari) and using an incognitio window but to no avail.

Would an expert be kind to help?

I can see there was a problem with the signup process, and while we are investigating this happening for a number of other users, I can see that you appear to have an existing Jira Cloud site.

Were you able to complete the sign-up since creating this post?  Or is this problem still outstanding for a new sign-up?  Please let me know either way so that we can create a support case for you if need be.

Welcome to the Community,

With your problem, there are several possible causes:

• Your Adblock add-on on your browser is making the function not work properly 
• Have not clicked on the Only necessary or Accept all cookies option from the Atlassian pop-up about cookies

To fix this, you can:

• Try turning off the add-on that affects the cookie settings (like Adblock), and try creating the site again, then you can turn it back on.
• Creating the new Jira site on a different browser (with no adblock addon)
• Accept the cookie option from the Atlassian pop-up
