Hi Team,
in jira .. i have a public confluence base and I have linked it in our jira project. the articles show up as they relate to keywords in the ticket, and all appears to work fine. The problem I am having is when to create an article based on the ticket. I get an error saying unable to connect to the application. is this functionality available in our setup, or it is something I can request, The ability to convert our tickets into knowledge base articles would be incredibility useful.
Any help would be highly appreciated 👍

There is no way to convert your jira ticket to the confluence article.
You need to create knowledge base article in the confluence manually and then link that article to the Jira ticket which is related with that article using application link
