Unable to create reciprocal link

I am using JIRA server I want to create Application links between below 2 application.
1) URL of my current JIRA server https://10.10.10.102:8088
2) URL of new production server " http://teamc.concerto.in/"
when I am creating link its giving below error.
"Unable to create reciprocal link.
It has not been possible to retrieve the required information from https://10.10.10.102:8088. Therefore the link cannot be created."
Please refer sceenshot. Kindly advice.
