Strangely, all other issue tickets are not affected. Only two issue tickets having this problem. I am unable to download any attachments nor click to view it (.txt, .zip, .xlsx, .jpg)
I am able to upload and delete attachments
I've checked the permission settings and it says any logged in user is able to modify attachments. I myself is logged in with admin access.
I welcome any help

As it is cloud, we will not have access to the backend or database, i would strongly suggest you to raise a ticket with Atlassian Support.

Try using another browser. If it is the same result, you probably want to check in the browser's development console the type of error shown when you attempt to download and it fails. That would give you a clear picture of what's causing the failure
