Unable to edit dashboard created by me

I am trying to edit the dashboard, mainly re-arranging the layouts/gadgets below error is throuwn.

I am the owner of dashboard and I am 'site-admin' for the jira cloud account.

Hello @Manjunath Angadi

Thank you for reaching out.

By the description of your error, you must be facing the following bug in your Jira Cloud site:

Rearrange gadgets or change dashboard layout is failing

The bug above happens when one or more Service desk gadgets in your board are broken or your user does not have Agent permissions.

In order to fix the problem, I suggest the following steps:

  1. In all the projects which issues are displayed in the dashboard Gadgets, add your user with the Service desk Agent permission to the related permission scheme, under project settings > Permissions. Also, ensure your user is added with the product access to the Jira Service desk.
    P.S: These settings can be changed back once the dashboard is updated.
  2. Try to remove/recreate the gadgets.
  3. If the workarounds above didn't work for you, let us know so we can create an internal ticket to further troubleshoot which gadget might be causing the bug

Additionally, feel free to vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and also receive notifications about its fix implementation.

Thanks Petter for the reply. I re-created a new dashboard with same gadgets and deleted the error one !
