Unable to edit the priority of issue/story in JIRA

Hi All,

There are a whole lot of issues in my backlog and al of them when created by our PO have been marked as Major Priority.

I know we can mark the priorities as Critical, Major, Minor etc but I don't find an option to edit Priorities.

I am able to edit all other fields but not Priority. Can someone help.

Hi @DarkKnightess,

Can you check if the field Priority is part of the issue edit screen?

The simple way to verify is to use Where is My Field? option in admin dropdown to check if the field is not available in the edit screen.

You will be able to see the option under admin tab as shown in the screenshot.
