Unable to enter log time

Hello, I would like to ask about the problem about log time. We cannot enter any information about working time into "log time" field which is in the tasks field. And also, tempo is unable to use. Related screenshots are below. Many thanks in advance.

Verify the permission scheme if the permissions is granted for Work on issue ( this works only if Time tracking is turned on). Let me know if this works or not.

@elenushhh well nope didn't work. We can log time for tempo timesheets from left sidebar but when we try to log time at the inside of the issue , that working icon of tempo starts to spin and never stops, locks the page.
