I am unable to execute the test cases in JIRA. A blank page is displaying to me whenever I try to execute a test case.
A blank page is displaying to me even when I click on the 'Cycle Summary' tab.
I am on the new view and I also cleared the cache of my system.
I updated the Zephyr now, but then also I am facing the same issue. The Zephyr subscription needs to be renewed tomorrow, but it should be working today.
What browser are you using? Another thing to try is opening it in a different browser and seeing if the problem is there too. If it is not, then the issue may be a more complex/annoying one where the fix involves inspecting the element on the big white space and changing the padding on that div.
also, try turning off new view and see if you still have the issue in old view. Old view generally works better with Zephyr.

I was using it on the Chrome browser. Now I tried it in the firefox browser and it works for me now.
It seems that this issue is for the latest version of Chrome. I updated the Chrome version yesterday, after that it stopped working for me.
Please look after this issue if possible.

Are you on the new view, or the old view? I think there is still a known issue where the new view will hide test steps/executions from the user.
I assume you've cleared your cache, but try that also first.
Last option: have your Jira Admin (if you're not the Jira Admin) check on your Zephyr license. Zephyr may need updates, or may need to have its license renewed. I've had this happen a couple times, and it's usually one of these three things.
Hope this helps!
