Unable to export from JIRA Portfolio

Hi guys, 

We've started using JIRA Portfolio and after successfully setting up my Portfolio plan, I'm unable to export it to excel. 

Found this but simply cannot see the button the Chander talks about here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-there-a-way-to-export-portfolio-plan-to-excel/qaq-p/1077047

Please note that I'm not acting as administrator of our instance, so I cannot provide you specifics on the versions we're using, however, I'm an administrator of the project that feeds the Portfolio plan.
