Unable to fetch the Linked Issues

I am trying to pull the linked issues for any bug or task on the report. But when I pull them on the report and extract the CSV/HTML version the Linked Issues is not showing up on the report. Please help. Is this a issue with JIRA?

Can I confirm - are you searching for these issues via advanced search?

For example:

1. Go to Filters > Advanced Issue Search
2. Using JQL, search for issues with links - for example: issueLinkType in ("blocks")
3. Ensure linked issues are present in the appropriate column - if it's not on your column view, add the field "Linked Issues"
4. Export to CSV

The issues in CSV should come within link type-based columns - for example "Outward Issue Link (Blocks)" - which have the appropriate issue keys in them!
