Unable to get Server ID since Jira Web UI does not launch

Hello,

I am installing Jira 8 for the first time on a new server. The server wont start since no license is available. When I tried to get a evaluation license from my.atlassian.com, I need to enter a server Id. The server ID is found in Web->System->Server ID. 

Catch 22. Where is the server id available in the jira installation?

Hi @PeelWorks Private Limited , 

you can find the server ID in your server logs when you start Jira (look into <INSTALLATION_DIR>/logs/catalina.out for example).

But this should not prevent the server starting. Even if you have no licence, the server will start and you will see a licence screen (where the Server ID is also available).
