An issue was raised 1400 days (CRT-6303) old, the issue has been resolved but multiple people who were on the issue have either left the business or not in the department anymore. The issue was resolved with a CN and has been in place for some time. How can we get this issue deleted or resolved?
Also, are heavily aged tickets reviewed by the Jira team ?
Hi @Christopher Camblin welcome to the community. I think this is a question best asked to your local Jira admin.
As the jira admin to check if there is a workflow condition in place and if this can be bypassed in anyway so you resolve the issue.
