Unable to import cloud backup to server instance

I have taken a backup from cloud and trying to import to my JIRA Software server instance. I get this error-
There was a problem restoring ActiveObjects data for the <unknown plugin> plugin. Importing table AMQ_TEMPORARY_STORE_A0B856 failed. Please check the log for details. When I check the files, I see that it is unable to find several AO tables. I need to fix this urgently. Please help.

I'm having a similar issue. Will let you know if I end up finding a solution, this is the error I'm receiving:

There was a problem restoring ActiveObjects data for the <unknown plugin> plugin. Caught exception with following message: Foreign key 'fk_ao_c7f17e_project_language_project_lang_revision_id' references invalid table 'dbo.AO_C7F17E_PROJECT_LANG_REVISION'. Please check the log for details.
