Unable to import from BugZilla multiple times, even on different machine

Hi,

I have setup BugZilla and Jira both on my local machine and I am using MySQL database.

Imported issues from BugZilla to Jira and it was imported successfully.

Then I drop the jira database and uninstall the jira. Again I created new database for Jira and install fresh Jira and tried to import same issues from BugZilla.

But it doesn't allow me to import even a single issue and all the time it says:
