Unable to import test case csv file through XRAY Test Case Importer for JIRA next gen project. Could any guide what exactly wrong I am doing cause try to  upload the sample file given in the document.

 

It give me error "The CSV file you uploaded contains non-ASCII characters. Make sure to set the right encoding."

 

I have already set UTF-8 csv format encoding. Still it shows this error.
