Unable to install Custom Charts from app store

Hi

I used Jira Work Management premium trial and installed Custom Charts. Now when the trial expired and I'm back on free subscription, it does not allow to to install it anymore and says

Hello, Good day. This error will be noticed when the license expired or if there is any pending payment. Please create a ticket with our license team and make sure your instance is moved to the free version completely then you should be able to install the addon. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
