I am unable to install any app on my free instance
When I select the app, and click Try it free, and then approve Start free trial, the circle keeps turning, and after a while reports that something happened (there was a hiccup) and it didn't work.
I tried logging off and on again. Didn't help.
I tried installing xRay, TM4J, EazyBI, JSU - same behavior.
Anyone cal help resolve this?
can you post this report, maybe it is helpful
is there something in the logs?
I am not sure how to reach any logs or reports.
I am referring to my atlassian.net cloud instance

Is this happening on a quite new site or was it in use before the error message came up?
I am just asking because there were reports that on a very new site it takes some time until all is ready.
Could you please confirm if this is still happening or meanwhile resolved?
