Have been trying to integrate Github account with Jira using official Github plugin. Installation went fine however when I click on "Get Started" link, it shows the following error - "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?"
I tried waiting for a few minutes but nothing happens. Anyone else facing this issue?
Would appreciate any help on how to get it working.
Thanks!
Hi @Shishir Singh, Welcome to the community.
Can you try uninstalling the integration from Jira and reinstalling it from within your Jira instance and let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Ram.
Hi Ram,
That did the trick! Thanks for your help.
I was able to add the github organization and the sync status is being shown as complete. Any idea where do I need to look for the imported data?
Regards,
Shishir

But there are no (imported) issues in first place even though there are many on Github.
I'll mark your answer as accepted since it helped in resolved the original issue. Thanks!
