Unable to locate Add Ons for JIRA 8.6.0

Recently observed that we couldn't find 'Clone' option for the project and in the process of investigating it, I'm trying to locate the 'Add Ons' options as an admin in UI.
Could you please help me with the details to help find the same.Thank You for your help.

Hi Divya,

if I got you right you are looking from where you can install Apps from UI.

Apps are maintained through UPM, please have a look at documentation if you should not have browsed it meanwhile.
