Unable to move an issue to a specific lane

Hi everyone,

In one of our projects an issue can't move to the "Ready for QA" lane. We are getting the message 

So, I went and checked the workflow where the status "Ready for QA" was missing. I added the status and clicked the "Allow all statuses to transition to this one". Published the draft and was pretty sure that it will work.. but it doesn't. I checked the conditions also and there are none. I tried to compare to other projects where the workflow is working and I didn't find any differences. Any idea why is this happening?

Hi Anastasia,

Are you sure there is only one workflow in the workflow scheme for this project? And that the issue is using that same workflow? 

Have you tried other browsers or incognito mode?

Thank you for you answer. I went to the boards settings to check if the workflow is used and noticed the message "simplified workflow can not be used in this project". Then I discovered that the board filter was modified. I changed the filter and everything worked :)
