Unable to open Jira Cloud in Teams

After signing in to Jira through teams I just gt the error in the screenshot below.

I do have access to different boards etc in Jira online, So it should be able to show me at least some content.

How can I resolve this issue?

The error message in the provided screenshot means that Teams is trying to open a project having key CS but either this project does not exist or you don't have proper rights to access it.

Can you kindly log into Jira directly and see if there is a project having key CS (might be the acronym of: Customer Support) that you are able to access.
